Two Former Canes in the Super Bowl

This is the day that every boy dreams of...playing in the Super Bowl, where everyone is watching your performance. For two former Hurricanes, this dream has become a reality.

Devin Hester of the Chicago Bears and Reggie Wayne of the Indianapolis Colts will meet on Sunday, Feb. 4 at Dolphins Stadium to play in the biggest game of their lives. No matter which team wins, these two men have come a long way since leaving UM.

Hester has set an NFL record this year by scoring six kick returns for touchdowns. His longest kick return was for 108 yards, which tied the NFL record. In addition to setting an NFL record, he is the only rookie to make the All Pro Team.

Reggie Wayne- is there anything to say bad about this guy? He was drafted the 30th pick by the Colts in the 2001 draft. As a four-year stater at Miami, Wayne set a school record with 173 career catches. According to CBS SportsLine, Wayne is the number two wide receiver in the NFL. This season Wayne has 1310 yards, 86 catches and nine touchdowns. He is a vital part of the Colts offense.

Both Hester and Wayne are considered the "X" factor for their team, however only one will have the bragging rights of being part of the winning Super Bowl team. Who will it be...Hester of the Chicago Bears or Wayne of the Indianapolis Colts?
